Provide support for telephony and advanced communications systems

Requirements |
• Engineering Background - Electronics / Computers
• At least 2 years experience as a Tier 3 Support Engineer in telephony and GSM world
• Familiarity with Telephony protocols - SS7
• Knowledge of INAP, CAP, ISUP - an advantage
• Knowledge of OS - Linux, SUN
• Experience with development environments
• Full command of the English language
• System-wide view, good inter-personal relations, quick learner, innovative, responsible, independent worker, interfacing with different groups within the company.
